Adult Supervision
The safety of children at Bulding Blocks Child Care is of utmost importance.
Employees are certified to supervise and care for children. Building Blocks uses a ratio of 1 adult for every 10 kids and 2 adults for 12 kids so that your children receive the attention they deserve.
Safe Play
The 5-6 employees working at one time ensure that children play safely, inside and outside. There is a completely fenced off outdoor play area in which children can enjoy the outdoors in peace. When children play anywhere, inside or out, we make sure that the toys and other objects they play with are safe to use. Floors are swept periodically, bathrooms are cleaned every day, and babies have their own toys and cribs.
In Case of Emergency
We require emergency contact information in case of emergencies. We at Building Blocks Child Care realize that some children have allergies. With your consent, we will administer medication to children if needed.
Along with being prepared for things such as injuries and medical needs, Building Blocks Child Care practices various emergency drills for fires, tornadoes, and other disasters so that we are prepared to keep your children safe under any circumstances. When your child arrives at Building Blocks Child Care, you can be sure that they are safe.
