Child Care Enrollment
Application and Enrollment
All parents or guardians will receive an enrollment application asking for the parents' address, phone number, occupation, city, etc. The applications also contain space to write down medical info or other specific needs their children require. Lastly, the application will display the rules of Building Blocks and field trip information. The application will contain all general knowledge that parents must know.
